Hello, I am a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist based in Langdon Hills, Basildon,Essex.

I became interested in training to become a professional hypnotherapist after personally receiving treatment which to my absolute delight worked. I was so impressed with the results that I made the decision to expand my career by undertaking formal training, in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis, at The Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy (EICH), which offers one of the very best training programs for hypnotherapy and psychotherapy practitioners. My professional training also includes Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Swish techniques and Educational Kinesiology methodology.

In addition I receive regular support from Terence Watts, Senior Clinician and tutor at the EICH, who is world renowned for his books on hypnotherapy practice and for his development of cutting edge hypnotherapy training programs.

I have more than 34 years professional experience in counselling services. Initially my counselling training began in 1979 when I volunteered to work for a national telephone and face-to-face counselling service. Since that time I have worked in a variety of counselling settings within the caring professions. I offer a completely confidential, caring and friendly professional service.
